Janella is straightforward and moves fast, which is good strategy. As homeowners, we often hesitate because selling or buying a home can be a very painfully disorienting process. Janella helped guide us through the various steps, and in the end we sold our home in Castro Valley quickly and met our expectations.

Of course, as owners we always think there might be ways to optimize things or try different strategies. But ultimately what matters most is achieving a strong and focused outcome. Janella delivered that.

i am so excited to applaud the efforts and expertise of Janella Anguiano ,realtor with Century 21 Masters, on the sale of our home She overcame incredible odds -- since there were 27 other homes for sale in the neighborhood also for sale to make our home "stand out" to perspective buyers.She was so professional, personable and timely in all of her dealings throughout the process.The open houses were very well done as was the staging. Janella has sold several homes through our family. She was available for all presale questions as well as through the process until we closed. Our situation involved two homes and she help with every step from beginning to end and guided us where we didn’t know what our options were.

I cannot recommend Janella enough. She’s experienced, motivated, an incredible communicator, and will go to any lengths to get your home sold. She went above and beyond to sell my parent’s house during an incredibly soft market with crippling interest rates. Janella sold a house in Hayward that we remodeled and did a wonderful job finding good buyers. She also sold my sister's condominium in San Francisco. There were some issues with the deed and the homeowners' association and she followed up and was able to get these resolved. She loves what she does.
